Banana Bread Overnight Oatmeal Recipe
- 1 banana, medium to large
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup cashew milk, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon pecans or walnuts, chopped
Mash banana in a bowl.
Add oats, milk, seeds, cinnamon and honey.
Mix together well.
Add to a mason jar or other type of glass jar with an air tight lid.
In the morning before eating, top with nuts and enjoy!
